Machinery and technologies
ERO-FIL’s has premises covering a total area of 4000 square metres, half of which are indoor, and its
wide range of machinery enables it to satisfy the many demands of its customers in the
EDM process.
Sinker EDM systems
These are CNC systems for the production of small and medium series, complex parts that require 5-axis simultaneous machining with the aid of a rotary table, special applications and medium-sized moulds.
Micro-drilling systems
With a machining range of 800 x 800 mm and maximum drilling height of 650 mm, for drilling holes with diameters ranging from 0.20 mm to a maximum of 6 mm with the aid of a tilting rotary table, on turbine blades and sections and inner and outer turbine segments, various parts and special materials including hard metal.
Wire EDM systems
On parts from various sectors, with a maximum cutting height of 300 mm.
CNC machining centres
Used to produce graphite and copper electrodes and machining tools.
