Testing and quality

ERO-FIL has an air-conditioned metrology laboratory to satisfy both its own test requirements and those of its customers.

In addition to conventional test instruments, such as gauge blocks, gauges, micrometers and diabase benches, ERO-FIL also has a three-dimensional testing system manufactured by Hexagon-Dea, equipped with Pc-Dmis control software to import and manage the 3D mathematics required to check the finished product and the electrodes used for production.

The Test department is also equipped with a video endoscope to inspect the inside of parts, a microscope for holes inspection and an ultrasonic wall thickness measuring instrument.

The philosophy of ERO-FIL is based on principles of quality and efficiency with highly competitive production times and costs.
